By accessing our website or engaging our Services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

Plugify provides custom Figma plugin development services. We develop, deploy, and deliver custom plugins tailored to your specifications for workflow automation, lead generation, or revenue generation purposes. By engaging our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Client Ownership and Intellectual Property

	•	Clients retain full ownership of the custom plugins we develop for them upon full payment.
	•	You may use, modify, distribute, or commercialize your custom plugin as you see fit.
	•	Plugify retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. No Warranty and Software Complexity

THE SERVICES AND ALL DELIVERABLES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Software development is inherently complex. While we thoroughly test all plugins before delivery and follow industry best practices, we do not warrant that:
	•	The plugin will be completely free of bugs or errors
	•	The plugin will be uninterrupted or error-free in all environments
	•	The plugin will meet all of your expectations or achieve specific results
	•	The plugin will be compatible with all future versions of Figma or third-party services
	•	The plugin will be suitable for all purposes or use cases

You acknowledge and accept the inherent complexity and limitations of custom software development.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLUGIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
	•	Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
	•	Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
	•	Damages arising from the use, inability to use, or performance of the plugin
	•	Damages resulting from bugs, errors, security vulnerabilities, or compatibility issues
	•	Damages caused by third-party services, APIs, or integrations

IN NO EVENT SHALL PLUGIFY'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY CLIENT FOR THE SPECIFIC PROJECT IN QUESTION.

You assume all risks associated with the deployment and use of the custom plugin.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:
	•	Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Figma's policies
	•	Testing the plugin thoroughly before production deployment
	•	Maintaining appropriate backups and disaster recovery plans
	•	Obtaining any necessary licenses or permissions for third-party integrations
	•	The accuracy and legality of any data processed by the plugin
	•	Any modifications made to the plugin after delivery

6. Project Scope and Changes

	•	The scope of work will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal
	•	Changes to project scope may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments
	•	We reserve the right to decline projects that are outside our technical capabilities or that conflict with Figma's policies

7. Payment Terms

	•	Payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal
	•	Full payment is required before final delivery and transfer of ownership
	•	All fees are non-refundable once development work has commenced

8. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect and use personal data (name, email, company information, project requirements) and non-personal data (cookies and analytics) in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at https://plugify.responify.com/privacy-policy.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the new effective date. Your continued use of Plugify or engagement of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Either party may terminate a project engagement as outlined in the project agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
